The Solution

The mandate was to develop strategies and solutions which would standardise the long, medium and short-term planning aspects of the crewing process, while scheduling and managing personnel more effectively. As part of this initiative, Subsea 7 recognised the need for the rapid implementation of a proven workforce optimisation solution to allow the planning and deployment of personnel for projects on a global basis.

Dynama was selected to support the effective administration, planning, tracking and deployment of fully-qualified personnel both onshore and offshore for logistical, safety, legal, cost efficiency, invoicing and payroll purposes. It was also a stable well-tested solution (ISO 9001) and had an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) and delivered functionality to meet future business requirements.
