With 25 years of experience of working with major organisations worldwide, Dynama brings in-depth knowledge and wide-ranging expertise to enable organisations to effectively deploy their most valuable asset; their people in optimal synchronisation with equipment and their working environment.

Teams of skilled specialists understand the daily challenges and constraints associated with personnel, assets, resource data, operational collaboration and management. Our proven technology solutions are designed to drive efficiencies in people and asset orientated processes, while maintaining and improving service quality. We set exceptionally high standards and deliver global support and service by building strong long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and commitment.

Dynama’s first major contract was awarded in 1995 with British defence organisations using its products to optimise force deployment and training management. It soon became clear that the same skills and expertise could be applied to other organisations with complex, multi-skilled workforces including maritime, offshore engineering companies and others.

Headquartered in London, England the company provides services and support to its international customer base through offices in the UK, Australia and a presence in the USA.

  • ​Andrew Carwardine
    General Manager

    Andrew is responsible for leading Dynama worldwide across all sectors and is committed to ensuring our customers get the very best from the functionality of our product and expertise. Andrew (MA, MBA) joined Allocate following a distinguished military career worldwide, including roles in MoD and head of BI, UK Army. He transformed the Defence and Maritime business into Dynama.

  • ​David Moller
    ​Director of Software Development

    David is responsible for the technical and functional direction of our software products. He champions development processes that provide timely, quality solutions that deliver concrete business success.
    David has worked in development management across many industries including; workforce management, eCommerce and publishing, applying his team management experience by introducing and embedding agile practices to deliver quality solutions.

  • ​Glenn Wylie
    Sales Director

    Glenn is responsible for sales leadership and management for the Dynama worldwide salesforce. Glenn’s passion is working with our support and development teams to ensure Dynama OneView exceeds customer requirements and expectations. Glenn (MBA and DBA from Trinity College) held previous roles of sales director (UK & Sub Sahara Africa) at Embarcadero Technologies, an independent software tools vendor, Parasoft Inc, and senior management roles at NEC and Apple.

  • ​Lee Clarke
    ​Regional Director - Northern Hemisphere

    Lee has responsibility for our customer facing teams in the northern area including North America and Europe, working to ensure that each customer maximises the utility of Dynama solutions to achieve business and customer success. Lee joined Allocate in 1996 as a software developer and then consultant. He has over 20 years’ business and IT experience in consultancy, management and software development, including 15 in cruise, shipping and offshore engineering.

  • ​Deepak Poria
    Regional Director - Southern Hemisphere

    Deepak oversees the customer services and support operations for the business in the Australia and New Zealand region, assisting customers to get the optimum benefit from workforce management to meet their business needs. Previously senior consultant for DWS Consulting, Deepak (MSc) joined Allocate as federal program manager for Allocate Software, managing the implementation and expansion of DefenceSuite software inside Australian Department of Defence.

  • ​Julian Goodridge
    ​International Director Defence

    Julian works with our international defence customers, applying his experience in training, project and product management, sales support and the military sector to help their organisations benefit from intelligent resource optimisation. Julian (BEng) was technical officer at UK’s Ministry of Defence. Joining Allocate in 1996, he was responsible from the beginning for Allocate’s Australian Defence Force (Navy, Army and Air) programme.

    “My experience working in all areas of the organisation has given me a grass roots understanding of how workforce & resource management can really deliver business value for our customers.”

  • ​Lieutenant General Sir Mark Mans KCB CBE DL
    ​Senior Advisor

    Sir Mark Mans served in the Corps of Royal Engineers during a military career lasting over 40 years seeing regimental and operational service worldwide. Prior to retirement in 2012, Sir Mark served on the Army Board as the Adjutant General. He is also a Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire and devotes much of this time to charity work in the military sector.

  • Donald Anderson
    Senior Advisor

    As a Senior Advisor to the board of Dynama, Donald Anderson is providing his industry expertise on the growth strategy of the company. Previously Group CEO at V.Ships Group, Donald oversaw an ambitious growth phase and two private equity management buyouts.  He is Chairman of ShipServ, the marine and offshore e-marketplace and an advisory board member of Seagull, an e-learning solutions provider for the maritime and oil and gas industries.
